Improving a classic buttercream recipe is tough, but this coconut cream is so flavorful, it takes you to a tropical isle! Dark chocolate or Milk Chocolate cover a rich coconut cream. Instead of water we use rich coconut milk and of course finely shredded coconut. Delicious! Available Seasonally from Mid January through May.
