Anstine’s Chocolatiers take our rich dark chocolate, flavor it with a hint of pure peppermint, top it with pure white chocolate (made from real cocoa butter), which is also touched with pure peppermint, then we cover it with another layer of dark chocolate. when the pan has almost set, we slice small bricks out of the layered chocolate.
