An old fashioned hand tempered creamy “opera” fudge. This recipe is over 100 years old. The fudge contains no marshmallow cream! It is cooked, cooled, stirred to a thick fudgey consistency, then folded by hand to create a creamy fudge center. You have never experienced fudge like this. Then we add real all natural peanut butter to flavor the fudge. Finally the fudge is hand cut and dipped in rich milk chocolate.
