Description

Our chewy coconut is loaded with coconut. A syrup of melted cane sugar and Coconut milk is poured over sweet finely chopped coconut. The mixture is stirred, and piled into deep pans to cool. Centers are cut, weighed and shaped, then the gooey coconut center is dipped in either dark or milk chocolate, finished with a sprinkle of fresh coconut.
