The begining of Retirement for Clarence, meant the New Official Business for AnnaBelle. Times have changed, but I am a Third Generation Chocolatier and I have not learned anything new! In regards to recipe implementation. We still use time tested recipes, that have no short cuts, and no funny business. Just simple clean ingredients. We sometimes create a new item, such as The CRETZEL, which has chocoholics swooning. A Whole Pretzel, Our Buttery Caramel, and Pure Chocolate. Yum! Or Our Fabulous Smoky Almond Buttercrunch.
